The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, located in Ponce Inlet, Florida is the tallest lighthouse in Florida. The current lighthouse was completed in 1887 and had a kerosene lantern. This was converted to a 500-watt electric lamp in 1933. In 1998, it was designated a National Historic Landmark.
